The additional details in the text description under the Slimline Multi-Channel Tower title further discloses that the smaller driver at the top which is angled upward for the height channel/signal (also illustrated and described on page 15 duplicated labeled at 1 in green) is a smaller 3 ¼” driver. Additionally further detailed, the direct-firing mid-bass woofer utilized for the mid-bass output of the height channel/signal (also illustrated and described on page 15 duplicated labeled at 2 in green) is a 4” x 6” woofer. Placed at the left and right of the television shown at the top right of the page on page 18 and 19 below (at the locations specified for a left and right main speaker by conventional speaker formats selected from the group consisting of Dolby, THX and DTS) further disclosed and illustrated with arrows is the speaker system ”transmitings sound waves” Lastly, with further reference to opposing claim element ”an interface from a renderer to a speaker”, under the Slimline Multi-channel Towers illustration which is the same illustration with bullet points as on page 15,beneath the illustration it says “Connect to Front Main and Height Channels”. The illustration of the speaker, combined with the textual description of "connect to height channels and main channels," inherently discloses the presence of an interface. A person of ordinary skill in the art would understand that this connection requires a terminal panel or similar interface on the speaker to receive audio signals from a renderer (receiver). The disclosure of connecting to "channels" further implies the receiving of audio signals published 10-12- 2009, link for prior art disclosure shown below can be copied and pasted |
